Installation stuck in "printing"

Yesterday I reported an issue to HP and they dropped of a replacement printer today (Deskjet 3050) it was going through the installation and it came to the point to load paper which I did and it came up "printing" on the screen however its just stuck there. I don't think its a feed problem because the feed does even start. Any clue on whats wrong and how to fi it?

Re: Installation stuck in "printing"

Hi gabrella,

Unplug the printers power cord for 1 to 3 minutes, and then plug it back in to reset it. Make sure that the printer is connected directly to the wall outlet. Let me know if you still have an issue after reset?
