Installation/uninstallation F4185

Hi!

I have a F4185 All-in-one which is giving trouble. I have tried uninstalling it so that I can do a fresh installation but it is giving an error message saying that ' hpzscr01.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close' . It is neither uninstalling nor a fresh installation is succeeding.

HP Support says that the computer vendor can help since the hardware is working fine.

Please help.

Try downloading the software from this link:

Chose the appropriate operating system and then download the full feature software. Save it to your desktop and install using the downloaded software.
