Installing HP F2210 all-in-one to new HP netbook

Operating system - Windows 7 64 bit

HP all-in-one F2210 deskjet

When I first got the netbook I plugged the deskjet into the USB port and got a driver.  The printer worked fine until recently.

Recently it hasn't been printing.  I tried the HP troubleshooting program and it fixed an issue with the USB connection, but still not printing.  The HP 'helper' said the printer was ready, and a second try at troubleshooting said it could not find any problem.

Unfortunatley I tried uninstalling before reading online to not do that. In addition,  I don't think I removed the USB from the port before uninstalling.  So now I don't know what to do.  When i tried installing the printer with the CD I got the message that the installation could not be completed as it is not compatible with the computer.

Help, please!!!

try uninstalling everything from the scratch and make sure USB cable is disconnected. after uninstalling, restart the computer and then download the full feature software and drivers from the website www.hp.com/support or click on the link below to direct you to the download page.
