When is HP going to design and build something that actually works instead of using its consumers as experiments??!!!....
I refer to this case to the fact my L7590 keeps loosing its distinctive ring ability everyday!!! I have phoned 'customer support' and was told oh yeah New Zealand is a country we have problems with this issue, let's load the drivers for the 6000 series all in ones and see if that fixes it !!!????....TELL YA WHAT HP, IF YOU KNOW YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WHY THE HELL DON'T YOU FIX IT!!! Every single HP product I have owned (except my monitor under the Compaq badge), has failed, printers failed generally just out of warranty, PC failed, scanner failed, laptop failed, I feel like Homer Simpson putting his finger in the toaster. Well, safe to say this is the very last piece of HP paper weight I will ever purchase, I don't excpect a reply from HP because if their phone support is anything to go by I suspect this will go into the HP abyss of complaints. Try something radical and see if you can make something work for more than a year....doubt whether ya can. See ya, ya clowns!!
