Hi WillBTech,
So on the printer running 6122010 firmware you are able to start typing in the second fax number while the first fax is still sending?
Check the Fax settings on the back of the config page for each machine to see if they are setup the same?

I checked the fax settings on the config print-out. I changed some to make everything equal, then unplugged the fax machine and plugged it in to make sure I had a cold boot.
It still will not spool faxes.

Hi WillBTech,
Update: The printer will do spooling while the first fax is sending. Here is what I found out. When the first fax is in the process of being sent I typed in the second number, and then hit the Send fax button. The catch I noticed is that you can't see the numbers you are typing for the second fax as the screen is showing sending fax. Once the first fax has finished the printer will return to the home screen, and then a short time later will start sending the second fax which was typed in while the first one was sending. The down fall of this is you will need to make sure you type the second fax number without making errors. Let me know if you have the same experience?

I'll be darned. It does work. Of course, this is very problematic, because you won't know if you have typed in an incorrect fax number until you get an error report -- assuming your incorrect number doesn'[t dial somebody elses fax machine. Then you may never know!
But thanks for your diligence on this.
I hope this behavior is corrected in the next firmware release. Do you think that would be possible?
