LJ 2200dn - Lights stay on at startup

Our LJ 2200dn has developed a problem. When we turn it on, the three LEDs (Attention, ready, GO) come on one by one, and STAY on, no matter what we do. Holding the buttons at startup (as described in the 2200's "Printer Light Patterns" web page produces no change in behavior. Any suggestions? I am the hardware support guy for our lab, so I am capable of taking sections of this printer apart and re-seating connections (etc) if that would be of any help.
