Laserjet 4p won't print page ranges

Windows XP - SP3 with my old (but very reliable) HP Laserjet 4P connected via USB cable. I can print Current Page or All pages, but I can't select Pages (like 1, 3, 5, 7) which (of course) I need to do for a BIG project!! Anyone have a solution??
