Hello,

 

I'm having difficulity confirguring the printer via the USB cable.

I have initialized the hardware as instructed.

The HP Utility detects the printer, and shows the appropriate device information.

Firmware Version is 2011-10-21

Product Number is CE866A

 

However, the HP Setup Assistant software for configuring the printer is not responding properly.

The printer is detected and shown as the only available device to select.

But selecting the Printer, and clicking contine does nothing.

The continue button turns blue momentarily and the printer is no longer highlighted.
