Listing clients email address in the HP Solution Center

I use Win7 home with my HP Officejet Pro 8500 Premier CBo25A.  The HP Solution Center allows me to scan a page into email and send it to one of my many e-mail accounts.  The problem is that there doesn't seem to be any way to have the list of account in any order, making it very difficult to find the account to send it to.  Can anyone help?
