M3035 MFP - Error out of box : Inflate Failure - Send RFU Upgrade on USB Dev Port

We have purchased multiple M3035 MFP but this one reports "Inflate Failure - Send RFU Upgrade on USB Dev Port"

 

Any ideas?

 

I am currently serving in Iraq so service and repair is slightly difficult to put it mildly.

 

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Had same RFU uprade message on a CP4005N. After wasting half a day and then giving up I tried a new memory stick in it the next day......message went away and printer worked instantly.
