Missing pieces

Just bought a new DESKJET F4400 and am not thrilled you have to have a usb to make it work but it doesn't come with one. If you are going to need to buy something other than what your product comes with it should at least say i mean jeez even children's toys say batteries not included if you need to buy them.

It is mentioned on the box of the printer. Here's 2 photos I took off the box for the F4480 about an hour ago.

It's not on the box of all printers that do not have an included USB. In fact, the box of the D1660 I just purchased specifically says "High speed USB" on the side. In what way should that lead me to believe a USB cable is NOT included? I thought there had been a shipping error til I came to this forum and saw other posts complaining of the same thing. What a stupid, cheap thing to do HP. I will return this printer and never buy your products again. This is not the first time an HP product has been more of a hassle than its worth for me, but it certainly will be the last time.
