I see that you're having trouble installing your printer.  I have a couple of questions for you.

What operating system is your computer?

What error message do you get when you try to install?

the Problem with installing the OfficeJet 4500 G510n-z, is that HP does not supply signed drivers for windows 8 64 bit system. I'm at my wits end serching for these drivers. I've tried several solutions and many posts with several downloads fron so called HP experts. All I have left to say is I intend to try a few more times to solve this and if HP will not release signed drivers for these systems I will disconect this printer and have it recycled and never buy another HP printer again. This is so rediculous I can't even find the words to say. It would be not advisable to disable the signed driver requirement in windows due to security purposes.
