Hi. I have a Samsung N110 notebook runnning Windows XP but it does not have a CD/DVD drive. I bought a Photosmart 5510e-all-in-one-series wireless printer which is not recognised by my notepad. I downloaded the software for the printer from hp.com/support as advised and it saved in my downloads file. I then ran this to set up the printer. The printer shows as connected with a good signal but when I tried to print nothing happened. I looked in the control panel at printers on my notepad but it does not show the icon and when I tried to add printer it didn't have an option for a wireless only USB printers. I am not technical and have done all I can think of - please can anyone help me in laymans language what I need to do.
I also ran this on my desktop computer using the disc and it set up immediately.
