OfficeJet Pro 8500 A910g Full Reset

Anyone know how to perfom a full reset on this printer since it doesn't have any buttons except a power button?

If you observe the printer screen very carefully, you can see the "RETURN" key although it is not glowing. Press this key 3 times. This should open Support menu. If not try again and press it for 4 times.

Thank you so much!!  I spent several days working with HP support trying to resolve a sudden 'no paper' message problem.  Their tech support person was unable to communicate how to get to the this reset menu. He set it a swap out of my printer for a replacement.  When I realized I could still get the printer to print from my iPad I knew the printer could and would print properly if the proper software was re-installed.   You did a nice job of describing how to get to the reset menu.  It worked for me and I was able to get the printer up and running again.  This certainly beats having HP replace the printer. 

I appreciate the courtesy of HP support but your solution is so much appreciated.  I'm off and printing now...

I'm very interesting by your discussion. I have another problem "paper jam"  and my printer is blocked for this reason. Actualy there is no paper jam but the printer doesn't know it !  At the shop they tell me that i must try to reset but i can't because before anything else and when i start the printer, it's immediatly bloked and i have always the same message "paper jam" before anything else :-(((   Can you help me ? i begin to be crazy ! Ycm
