Officejet 4500 wont print

My HP Officejet 4500 wireless wont print, and I delete old printer in Control Panel and add this printer as a new one with different name.  When print, it shows "Error-printing" in printer status.  This message didn't shown up before I deleted and added again.

 

Anyone can help?

Hello callmejx

 

Have you tried to delete the printer and uninstall the software yet? A re-installation may be needed. Please include your operating system and explain any problems you had previously that led to the deletion of your printer.
