Note:hp solution center only recognize the microsoft outlook for the scan to email functionality.
are you using the cd???
if so, then click start and then click computer.
right click on the cd and then click on open.
look for the setup folder and open it.
look for the procdoc folder and open it.
right click on the msi file and then click repair.
try to scan to email again.
