POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!!! !!

After holding on the phone for almost an hour and repeatedly trying print quality reports. The print head was defective and was clearly labelled under warranty until 1-7-2013. The service representative then said that the print head was not under warranty! ,
I lost my patience with customer support and told her that it was clearly marked 1-7-2013. Then what really made me furious is that SHE HUNG UP ON ME !!!!! There is absolutely no excuse for such POOR customer service.
I have bought dozens of HP products in the past, but will never buy another one. All over a stupid print head that should have been replaced under warranty. I would advise any future HP clients to think twice before buying their products.

Sorry to hear you had a poor experience with support. Please provide me with the model number of your printer, and what operating system you are running. I will get this escalated to someone that can address the issues with the printhead.

I have sent emails about issues related to my HP Officejet. I spent 90 minutes on the phone with someone on Saturday. He promised resolution and a call from a manager by mid day on Monday. No call Monday. I called back and the rep on the phone couldn't resolve the issue with me and couldn't transfer my call. He promised me a call back with in 24 hours. No call back . . .nearly 48 hours later. Both times I was told that the call was escalated and was a priority.
This is simply outrageous.

What is the model number of your printer?
What operating system is you computer running?
How do you have the printer connected to the computer?
What issues are you having with the printer?

I am getting the same service. I am on my 2nd printer that is defective. I have the Care Pack from HP but to get a replacement they have to receive the 1st unit first. That's 4days from now, then another 4days to get the replacement. This is not 2day FedEx as the Care Pack states. The rep would not budge on sending me a 3rd unit until the 1st unit is received. That will be almost 2 weeks from now. How do i get better service?
