PRO8500 909G Hp Solution center does not have all options

Intalled printer on network using 4 work stations prints fine from all workstations. However when I use Solution center on one work station it does not give the scan picture, scan document, and fax options. Only gives "in house marketing and convert to text" I have done several uninstalls and reinstalls to no change. HELP

Can you try installing the latest version of Adobe Flash player? Go to www.adobe.com using Internet Explorer ONLY, and then follow the process to install Adobe Flash player. Once it is installed, restart the PC and open Solution Center and check if you get all the options.

I installed the latest version of abode player and did restart but no change. This my be a thought When I installed the software I had the printer connected to the network and turned on. Maybe I should not have done it that way for net work connection?

Nope, for a network\wireless connection, the printer should always be on and connected to the network before the installation of the software.
When you open SC, do you get to choose other devices from the left of the window? I'm wondering if SC is showing the options available for another product, or another instance of this printer.

Sc shows only the 8500 when opened.
