Hello All,

I have followed all of your suggestions, but i still have no luck. I have updated the firmware to the latest version, I have changed the print quality, and aligned the print head but still no good. I am unable to recive faxes without manually hitting the 'ok' button to continue through this error. Please let me know if anyone has anymore ideas.

I am trying to print envelopes, which I set up correctly through printer. But printer reports paper mismatch, will not accept envelopes, keeps cancelling

I did exactly what you said and getting warmer. At least the printer accepts the envelope size without giving me a mismatch error, however, the envelope is blank! (tear) I checked the font settings and everything, there is no reason for it that I can think of...

To print enevelopes turn off both sides printing. This feature is not compatible with printing envelopes and will give the "paper mismatch".
