Are you referring to your ePrint email or something else? Is it that you wish to change the ePrint email without changing or resetting anything else? Please clarify.

I've forgotten the 4-digit password for emailing directly from my HP 8600 to an email address.  How do I reset that 4 digit password?  (I have my eprint password - I'm asking only about the 4-digit password required on the touchscreen of the HP 8600 printer).

I understand that you're having problems with your printer.  I want to make sure I'm clear on what password you need.  Are you trying to access your printer's EWS page?  Are you trying to create an ePrint account?
