First of all, I'm running Windows Vista Home 32-bit Premium SP1. Internet Explorer 7.
When I first purchased this printer a few months ago, I had no trouble installing it and was using the printer wirelessly without problems. For some reason, it stopped working. I contacted HP Support and they asked me to uninstall the software and then try to reinstall it. Well, upon running the installation CD, I get the following error:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum
Manufacturer: Microsoft

I cannot scan. When I run the HP utility ScanDiagnosticUtility_ver_1.5.exe
I am told that there is a registry mismatch. Help!
