Hi Folks, the postings on this issue with the 3310 running on Vista Home Edition are over 3 years old and the links to solutions marked 'solved' are "page not found". For some reason, when I reboot my Vista PC (an HP) the PS 3310 disappears from the available printer list. I attempt to uninstall and am told there are no HP products to uninstall but there are some HP files to clean up. So I clean them up essentially uninstalling the printer.
I perform the cleanup and then re-install the 3310 software [AIO_CDB_Full_Netwrok_enu_NB] downloaded from HP's web site on 8/3/2011. I can print for the rest of the day. At night I turn the PC off. The next day I attempt to print and the 3310 has mysteriously disappeared from the available printers list. I uninstall and re-install daily now and it's getting annoying. Is there a patch for this issue? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks
