Hi joyandme09,
You will have to setup your Belkin wireless g router, and then connect the printer to this router. Once you have the printer connected to the Belkin router you will have to run the Update IP address file in the HP folder under Program files. I have also included a document to assist you with getting the printer connected wirelessly to the Belkin router. Since you have no internet access you will not be able to use the web apps on this printer until you get internet access again.
