Photosmart 4780 wireless setup with no internet access

HP Photosmart C4780 Windows 7 on HP. Pavilion g6 notebook Samsung Galaxy Tablet 8.9 I just discontinued my landline DSL and now my wireless printer won't print. I have a Belkin wireless g router I can use. I temporarily do not have internet access on laptop. I ordered AT@T usb connect for internet which should be here next week sometime. I have internet access on tablet. How do I setup wireless printing for both laptop and tablet? I tried to download the printer manual but it won't open on tablet. Is it possible to setup wireless printing without internet access? I need to print!

Hi joyandme09,

 

You will have to setup your Belkin wireless g router, and then connect the printer to this router. Once you have the printer connected to the Belkin router you will have to run the Update IP address file in the HP folder under Program files. I have also included a document to assist you with getting the printer connected wirelessly to the Belkin router. Since you have no internet access you will not be able to use the web apps on this printer until you get internet access again.
