I am trying to reinstall my printer with XP-pro and I can't get it to print, the msg. I get is that the product is not compatiable with XP, I am using the original disk that came with the printer.  I have tried downloading new drivers and installing them, it still did not work, I have been down for days now and I am in need of help, I have deleated and reinstalld drivers, now my system is telling me that I can't delet the driver currently installed!  This printer works fine as I can print from the printer, not from a dos command, or word or word pad doc!!!!!
