I received the following messages when trying to reinstall my driver. My OS is Windows 7 64-bit
Error Product Code 2203
Fatal Error and MSI.WebReg
The reason I was reinstalling software was because when printing from the internet I got a double print on all wording. When printing any other time item printed fine. Also was not able to use the HP solution button on my desktop. Could only scan or print for my printer. My connection is wireless. My antivirus is TrendMicro 2012

Still have not received any responses. What I did to resolve my problem is restore my laptop to an earlier setting when my printer did work.
How my problem began - After trying to update my driver I was unsucessful, no software was loaded. I waited for a response for the error message listed on my subject line, but never received any responses to my problem, so I restored my computer to an earlier time. My restore now allows me to print documents with but my prints from the internet print doubles, I have shadows which was my original problem and why I was trying to reinstall my drivers. My other problem was my HP Solution Center button not working, reason #2 why I was trying to reinstall my drivers.
NEW PROBLEM AFTER MY RESTORE
My new problem, my scanner is no longer scanning. I did the diagonostic testing for my scanner which showed everything was working properly, I scanned 2 documents while in the testing phase and they scanned, now when I try to scan to my computer I'm told "A required component was not found or was improperly installed. Reinstall the HP Photosmart software that came with the device, and try scanning again"

I'm afraid to reinstall my software for fear that my printer will stop working again. What is going on, how will I get all funtions for my all in one printer working properly??
