Al of a sudden the black ink will not print.  I have tried a new cartridge and I have also updated the driver software.  I have cleaned the print head numerous times and when I align the catridges I get an error message.  Print cartrige alignment failed.

 

All the other cartridges work fine.  I also can not copy in Black
