My HP Solution Center say "Ink levels not currently available", but the screen on the printer is fine.
Is there a way to fix this?

Hi,
Remove the problem cartridge and check the expiry date on the cartridge(bottom/side)
Clean the cartridge contact(electrical contacts) using clean water and cloth.
Once it is done remove all cartridges and power cycle the printer.
1. Verify that the unit is switched on. Disconnect the power cable from All-in-One and also from wall outlet.
2. Wait 30 seconds.
3. Plug in the power cable to All-in-One and also to wall outlet.
Now install the cartridges and see.

Okay, I did all that was described, and I even ran out and bought a complete set of cartridges to replace the old ones with, power cycled the printer, and while the overall print quality is back to normal, I'm STILL having problems with the color.
My self-test report displays black, light cyan, and cyan correctly, but displays yellow as a light green, and doesn't display magenta and light magenta at all.
The printer was workng fine until I had to change the cartridges, and now this. How can this happen just like that? The expiration dates on all my new cartridges are all 2012 or 2013.
After $60 worth of new cartridges I'm basically back where I started. I really don't want to have to buy a new printer, and THEN spend another $100 on new cartridges for that one too!

UPDATE:
Please disregard my queries. When I didn't hear anything, I just went out and bought a Photosmart Premium C410a printer.
Case closed.
