The wireless printing works for my son's computer and both laptops in our house, but not my HP desktop. There is no error message, it says it's good to go and ready to print but won't print even a test page. Thanks

Hi Harmony12,
Try running the print diagnostic utility, and let me know if this helps resolve your issue.

Ok I ran the print diagnostic utility, restarted as instructed, and everything looked good. Clicked "print test page" and got nothing. It said to click yes or no regarding whether the test page printed, I clicked "no" and it then checked for an HP update but none were available. It is still not printing from my computer, it is only printing from the other computers in our house.

Hi Harmony12,
Please clarify the Operating System installed on your desktop PC,
Additionally, try running the Network Diagnostics in order to deny any network issues affecting your PC:

Try temporary disabling any Security software running on your PC as it may block the communication with the printer.

I am using Windows XP. I ran the Network Diagnostics and it said everything was good, I clicked to print the test page from there, it gave me this new error message "Test Failed." I disabled all security software, even uninstalled them, but it still will not print.

I have now tried uninstalling, reinstalling, updating everything HP, running all the diagnostic tests I can find, but I still can't print from my computer to the C7280. The 3 other computers in our house do print wirelessly to the C7280 and are working fine. Why is this happening, and can you please tell me how to fix it?

Hi harmony12,
I need to know how you are wirelessly connecting to your router. Do you have a wireless card installed in the computer or are you using a wireless adapter?
If you connect the printer using a USB cable can you print to the printer?
