Photosmart C7280 logical printing error.

The Photosmart C7280 AIO doesn’t print Magenta colors neither with the regular printing nor in photos. Color printings “look greenish”.
What’s was done:
1 - The Heads were cleaned and aligned – all according to the regular troubleshooting manual.
2 - The cartridges were changed and installed correctly. Self Diagnostic Test (through the printer itself, w/o any computers connected) doesn’t print Light Magenta and Magenta colors, but shows the amount of ink correctly in Ink Delivery System Info.
3 - In the Extended Self Diagnostic Test (through the “HP Solution Center”, the full driver software installed on the 2 different PCs) prints Light magenta, but not Magenta colors, with the correct Ink Delivery System Info again.
4 – The Test Photo Page prints everything fine including pinks, but during regular photo printing both Light Magenta and Magenta colors miss again.
I took it to the local repair shop and the technicians conformed that the hardware part is OK. So it seems like a program error for me.
The bottom line: everything installed fine, the system “sees” the ink, but doesn’t print it. Any idea why and how to fix, plz?

OlgapP, I am beginning to think that the software for these printer are junk. Maybe HP need to hire folks that knows how to program these printers. I am helping a lady now that is is getting this message "aio software" is installing on every bootup of her computer. I have checked all the startup locations in the registry, and every where else, but I cannot find what is causing this. And of course, HP does not offer any assistance when te warranty is over. They should always provide email assistance as long as the original customer has the printer. I am personally am getting fed up with HP, as well as many other folks. The price they charge for ink is also rediculous. I feel that HP is ripping their cstomers off..

Thank you a lot for your kind response. Yes, I kind of agree with your opinion about HP customer support. But my main question was about my printer and its printing error. It’s still not resolved yet. So, if you, of anybody else have any ideas about why this happened, and, more important – how to fix it, I would greatly appreciate that!
I was thinking about the printer’s firmware to reload/reprogram, pretty much how we do it with the computer’s bios. I don’t know if that could work or even possible, but this is one of the approaches came into my head today morning. Any thoughts?
