Photosmart D110 series won't print!

I'm trying to print a MS Word document on a mac using the Photosmart D110 series all-in-one printer, but it just won't print. I've gone through all the steps on the HP Support thing in addition to my own tactics, but NOTHING will work! I'm freaking out, I need this printed ASAP.

Here is what I've done so far:

-I deleted the printer from the list, restarted the computer, and then added the printer back to the list.

-I unplugged the cord from the rear of the printer and the wall outlet, waited 15 seconds, and plugged both back in.

-I've restarted both the computer and printer.

-I've aligned the cartridges

-I've printed out a Wireless Network Test Report (the printer's connected - both the printer AND computer say there's no connectivity issues. I've got the green light in the "Printer & Fax" box on my computer)

But when I print, the document shows in the print queue and says: Printing page 1, 0% complete... Unable to connect to printer; will retry in 30 seconds...

Also, this is not the first time I've used this printer. I've had this printer for a while and have never had any issues like this.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

Will you attempt to go to the tools page and download the Print and Scan Doctor?

Let me know the results. The application can narrow down common printing and scanning problems and even fix them in some cases!

Sure, only I can't do the PDU with the link provided because those are for Windows and I'm on a mac.

Please try resetting the Mac Printing System:

Follow these steps to reset the printing system in Mac OS X 10.7.

1. Use one of the following steps to open the System Preferences window:

   • Apple menu

     Click the Apple menu, and then click System Preferences .

   • Finder

     Open the Finder , click Applications , click Utilities , and then double-click System Preferences .

2. Select Print & Scan .

3. Right-click your product in the list on the left side of the window, and then click Reset printing system .

4. Click OK to confirm the reset.

5. Type your user name and password in the Name and Password text fields.

6. Click OK . The printing system resets.

I seem to have a little different problem.  Admittedly, the printer has been sitting for maybe a year and a half.  Now I have resurrected it.  It is basically brand new.  After setting everything up I go to print something.  Everything seems to function as expected.  The printer immediately grabs a piece of paper and goes through all the motions of printing...whirrrrr,   buzzzzzz, kachunk, etc.  Only problem is when the paper comes out, there is nothing on it...zero, nicht, nein, nada.  The ink guage shows 60% in each cartridge.  What is going on?  Clogged nozzles?  Is there a cleaning function on the printer?  I don't see anything in the documentation.  Are the nozzles part of the printer or part of the cartridge?  Suggestions?   Thank you

I put two new cartidges in it and it works fine, including wireless.  Now the only problem is the e-Print function won't work, but I guess that would be a different thread.  Thanx.

I also have the Printing 0% issue over wireless on my Mac. I've had the issue CONSTANTLY since buying th printer over 2 years ago.
