Print options missing

On my old computer running XP, I used a print server to access my HP Laserjet 1320. The printer was connected to the server via a parallel cable. I set it up a long time ago and it allowed me to print both 1 and 2 sided, and print both 600 and 1200 dpi.

 

I bought a new HP computer (Windows 7). I decided to get rid of the print server and pluged my HP Laserjet 1320 directly into a USB port on the computer. Now I can only print 1 sided and my choices are 300 or 600 dpi. I access these setting via the printer properties when I go to print.

 

Can you tell me what I have to do in order to be able to choose between 1 and 2 sided (I like to save paper most of the time) and how to get the 600 and 1200 dpi options.
