Printer Cartridges !

HI ! I Bought a new HP Printer as I've had a HP 1400 ser; for years & still works good but i was told to buy a Canon as the were pretty good so i did regretfully so i gave the canon to my son & of course bought the new HP printer at christmas thinking that my wife will be able to print all her taff work out with ease & we would be able to print very nice photo's out but now i can't use refills in it & I have gone to the expence of buying the refill inks for them & learning how to do them properly so my new PRINTER IS USELESS to me because HP WANT TO KEEP ALL THE CARTRIDGE SALES TO THEM SELVES (Which i dont think is right ) I Paid for the Printer NOT THEM ! so I should be able to refill my cartridges to save money as I'm only on a pension they should not be able to put a chip in them so the printer won't work after all its only 2 months old ( SO WHAT DO I DO NOW HP ! ) THIS IS CRAP Here I'm thinking HP printers are the best Guess what they Ain't now because you's have really buggered it now your sales will drop down to hell my old HP was great & still works but if you's are going to do this I wont recomend them to anyone again like i use to. Just think HP I PAID FOR IT NOT YOU THEREFORE I USE IT HOW I WANT & I SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFILL MY CARTRIDGES WHEN I WANT WITHOUT YOU'S PUTTING A CHIP IN TO SHUT IT DOWN & I THINK YOU'S SHOULD FIX THIS PROBLEM QUICK AS POSSIBLE !

:smileyfrustrated: I have now got it up & running now my wife disconnected the printer & re-installed it & now its working fine you would think that HP would be able to tell you that especially with all the technicians they have but i'm not gonna trust these updates any more thats for sure. So if any of you have the problem that your printer don't work try doing what the wife did it just might work for you this can be very frustrating when you try everything & it just don't work & these company's don't even help & think that you are upset especially when you haven't had the product long & spent all that money out & you are thinking you have a very good machine that will do you for years anyhow i'm off now so you's all take care & happy computing BYE !
