Printer Constantly Going Offline

I have a HP Photosmart d7460 printer. It goes offline constantly! I'm talking at least once a day. There is no option to put it back online so I have to delete it and reinstall it.....big pain!!! I have the Windows 7 64-bit operating system. I don't recall making any changes to my system, just the normal updates that the computer ususally does. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

OK if that  document that was posted earlier didnt work .. you can set a static IP address for your printer with will keep it from knocking your printer off the network,changing the printer IP address and also going offline ..

Thank you for replying...I don't know if the earlier solution has worked yet. I had just reinstalled my printer before I posted my problem so it hasn't gone offline again yet. Perhaps I should just go ahead and use your solution? What do you think?

Yes that wouldnt hurt anything. you can also run our NDU it will give you your default gateway and subnet mask

Please help me....I have a resume to print, and my printer keeps going OFFLINE!!!! It in fact stays OFFLINE!!!!

What can I do to PERMANENTLY CORRECT this problem.  I have a MacBook Pro & a PC that I use with the HP Photosmart 7515 Printer.  Thanks.
