Printer Installation Failure - HP DeskJet F4480

I am attempting to install my All in One DeskJet F4480 on a Windows XP platform using the provided installation software.  The installation completes step 1 and then errors out with the below.  This printer was previously installed on the computer with no issue; however, my computer contracted a virus and I had to have everything on my hard drive wiped and reinstalled at a computer restair shop.  Any assistance would be great appreciated!
