Printer detected but cant finish install

Printer: HP Officejet 7410

OS: Win 7 64

 

I am having some issues with my Officejet 7410.  I can print just fine but I tried to scan today and it doesnt work.  So I go to update drivers and the printer is detected but when it gets to the setup portion it cant connect.  The HP diagnostics all connect fine.  My printer is hooked to a router but like I said I can print normally but just cant get the scanner part to "install" so I know its connected fine.  In order to get the printer to work for normal print jobs I just went to add printer on the devises page and that went very smooth.  

 

Anyone have any ideas?
