HP Photosmart C5188 All-in-one
Windows 7
installed full feature software and drivers
worked properly for a few months and now
on starting the computer a message pops up saying :
Please wait while Windows configures HP Photosmart Essential and then
There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this
install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.
why has it stopped working? whats wrong with it? how do you fix it?
