1. HP LaserJet CM1415fn
2. OSX and Win7 64bit
3. No error messages
4. No changes
After 2-15 minutes the printer reboots and initializes.
Setting the printer to sleep mode off or 2h doesn't help. Still the printer reboots and initializes (buzz-sound and white screen) efter 2-15 minutes.
Workaround is to have the printer off mode. I really would like to have the printer at stand by mode!

And yes, the latest firmware is installed.

The problem is that the HP-firmware collaps of a chatty network if WS-discovery is enabled. Eg. if you have a Boxee Box in your network the HP-printer will crash because of all the network packages transmitted.
The workaround until HP fixes this error is to disable the function in system settings on the HP-printer:
1. Browse to your printer web site.
2. Choose "Networking" and "Advanced".
3. Uncheck the "WS-discovery" option.
4. Apply/Save
5. Done! Now the printer will work as it should.
Hopefully HP will correct their firmware as soon as possible.
