Printer won't print from Nitro PDF software

I have set up my Officejet 6500 E7 10-nz which prints beautifully from all programmes (platform is Windows Vista) except Nitro PDF. I use this for my work and it is very irritating having to convert all my PDF documents to Word to print them. when I try to print a PDF I get the 'Now Printing' screen but nothing loads. The screen then hangs for ages until I close it.

Any suggestions?

Hi hamilf,

 

This sounds like you have a possible issue with that application program.

 

What happens when you try printing from Adobe reader or Fox it reader?
