Problems with the print queue.

I'm having trouble with my HP LaserJet P4015n.

When I try to print multiple documents at the same time, the print jobs get stuck in the print queue. This can be solved by deleting the documents from the print queue and printing them one at a time. The thing is, I'm sitting at an office amongst 10 other people and as you can imagine, if someone has documents stuck in the print queue, the others can't print before that person clears his/her print queue. Therefore I'm looking for a solution that might give us the ability to avoid having documents stuck in our print queue.
All computers are on a local area network, and that goes for our printer too. We're mainly using WinXP but two of the computers have windows 7 installed.
If anyone have any suggestions to how I might be able to solve this problem I'd be glad to hear them.
