How do you clear the message "remove shipping material on rear door" when you install the printer?

Hi Footer73,
Review the Installation Guide that came with the printer, and make sure you have removed all packaging material from the printer. If you have verified that there is no packaging material left in the printer, and still have the same error message you will need to contact our technical support at 800-474-6836. The agent will verify the error and replace the printer if it is found to be defective and still covered under warranty.
