Replaced and set up new YELLOW cartridge. Printed YELLOW with black stripes, cleaned and realigned. Now no YELLOW printing, OFFICEJET PRO

try to clean the contacts on the print carriage and also on the cartridge.
(i may represent HP but this advice is solely my own)
