Scan to network folder setup

When attemping to setup my HP 8600 for scan to folder capability I keep being told I have incorrect credentials.  I am attempting to set this up on the embedded web server site.  I have tried every configuration I can think of.  Any help will be appreciated.

Refer to page 53 & 54 of the users guide for detail instructions for setting up scan to network folder.
