Scanning Error! 3310 All in one Another Program is using the network HP Imaging device

Hello!  1st time visitor/user.  Downloaded AIO_CDB_FSW_Full_Win_WW_130_141.exe from HP site.  Ran the program but it couldn't complete........Error!  Even though the printer was installed and prints!! 

However there are now 3 printers in my Device/Printer section?  1) HP Photosmart 3300 series (has a picture similar to my printer)  2) (Default Printer)  HP Photosmart 3300 series (2), this icon looks like the old icons of Windows.  3)  HP Photosmart 3300 series (2) Fax. 

Both Printers 1 & 2 I can print to. 

When running Solution Center to scan a document the follow error occurs:  "error!  another program is using the network HP imaging device".   Extended error info:  "8, [(0,18,-2147467259)]

I also noticed that on my Taskbar there is a program using HP imaging Monitor?? 

There was another I didn't quite make out.  Something about "Twain"??  This morning there was a message from HP stating that I can't use this software on Windows XP?  Thought I downloaded the correct software?

Windows 7 64 bit

Had a router issue last week which caused me to look for updated drivers.  Device manager shows the photosmart 3300 series is using driver verison 8.0.0.1.

Hope this makes sense to someone.  Need a little help!
