The printer works perfecylty well in linux. However when trying to share from the ubuntu workstations to my windows desktop. The printer works well in ubuntu but when connnecting to the share from the windows xp box. You are required to install the driver. Install the large exe file driver works in windows but not as an install to the share. Is there a basic driver only without all of the other features, which I can install the shared printer with.
Thanks for your help ? Ideas ?
