When I start Solution Center I get a message saying "Solution Center cannot run because your device installation is not complete". I have installed my Officejet 8500 wireless as a USB printer and it prints fine and scans using scanning software such as Readiris and Photoshop. I uninstalled and reinstalled Solution Center, and uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them. Solution Center still wont start. I am using Windows 7 -32. Any suggestions?

check your drive c: ( whatever your drive name is ) you have an HP folder there where the drivers are extract during your 1st installation. delete it ( make sure all the folder is deleted ) and reinstall everything. ![]()
