Terrible experience with HP!!

I am EXTEMELY upset with the service I have received from HP!!!!!!!!!

I have already spent 11 hours with technicians trying to get this printer to operate as it is supposed to. Last night I was told that because of "fatal errors" the problem would have to be sent to an expert technician, a "mentor" for them to handle because he could not figure out the problem. I was told the mentor would call me at 9:00 PM my time and no one called. I received this e-mail from you tonight and I called right away so I would not miss the small window of opportunity to get this fixed.  I was not able to get you and I had to speak to someone else who was not even a technician!!! Now, I am told that I will have to wait until FRIDAY to have a technician call me back! And I know, from past experience, that that will require me to start explaining all over again, etc. etc. and it will take at least 2 -3 hours more of my time, with no guarantee that the problem will be solved.

What happened to the "expert" mentor that was supposed to be trying to fix this? Why were there no notes in the record to explain to anyone what the problem is? I have repeatedly asked for a new printer and no one will approve it. I guess they think it's OK to waste a customer's time indefinitely! I want the name of someone in authority who can approve either a refund or a replacement. I work from home and have to have a printer everyday!

Re: Terrible experience with HP!!

You're very lucky guy hp technician visited you in your house, but unfortunitely that technician was luckiog of skill to fix your printer. Even worst to all the people in the philippines especilly me, i couldn't find any hp representatives here. My f2480 is wasting a space 1/2 inch at the bottom of the bondpaper when it print a document size in ms word
