Touchsmart 600 series computer and touchsmart c310 printer wont work together??

I have had alot of issues with my Hp Touchsmart since purchase, alot of them being connection issues between Wifi and also other devices.Recently my computer/printer stopped working together.Whenever i try to print it gives me a pop up that says it print job  failed.I have tried to do all of the troubleshooting that comes up with the wizard but it still will not work.Nothing has changed with the computer/printer setup or connection and has worked up until this point without any issues.I used to have them connected by Wifi but that stopped working for who knows why, so i have it hardlined Via usb.

O/S is windows 7 64 bit.Any help would be appreciated.

I figured that if i purchased the same brand/series product there would be minimal issues, but man i was wrong!

SRT43R, welcome to the forum.

I suggest uninstalling all of the software and starting again.  I had a similar problem with my c310a.  I installed it as a USB printer and a wireless from there.  It worked perfectly.
