Trouble installing 6310 All In One software for Windows 7

I have an Aspire One notebook running Windows 7 Premium 64 bit. I download the correct software, at least I think it is. The file name is AIO_CDB_Net_Full_Win_WW_130_141.exe. It's about 371MB. When I run it, it does the extraction and then stops. I don't know where it puts the files or why it dies.
Help!
