I have a new HP Deskjet B3070A printer and it appears the Magenta and Cyan cartridges are not working.
When I check the ink levels it shows they have ink but a Print Quality diagnostic report does not show their ink details.
Item 10 on the report shows Pen Alignment Status: Fail and an alignment test has also failed.
The print quality report shows the ink number for both cartridges as HP 564 SETUP.
My computer is running Windows Seven Home Premium.
I would appreciate any advice and help.

Hi ricochet, could you please scan in a copy of the print quality report and save it here?
