Hi,
I'm getting ignored by HP email and the chat is not working because I'm out of warranty. I'm starting to hate HP. My laptop is creating me problems and now I can't use my printer because I need (again) to change the code. I did that before and I know how to do that, so please don't send me to the stupid phone technical support which doesn't know even their name, but they charge like 1 euro per minute...As an HP client (with 3 HP products in my house) I think is our rights to have a free support as the other companies have. And as this problem is created by the cartridge (I want to use black 75 instead of 350 and so on...) I think this is a stupid limitation from HP. What should I do ? Buy chinese cartridge instead of original or recharge old cartridge ? You're loosing, not the clients ! We have many nice brands which are cheaper too. All I want is that code.
